Quilt 47 bares the names of those who featured in my podcast, AIDS: The Lost Voices where more often than not, the tabloid pages delighted in vilifying people for having died of AIDS-related complications, but each podcast episode reveals the fuller truth: friendships, loves, fears, humour and the ordinary rhythms of existence that newspapers deliberately omitted.
